These terms govern use of the Domi Refrigeration website and B2B inquiry process. Product transactions remain subject to the written quotation or contract accepted by both parties.
B2B Website Use
This website is intended primarily for business buyers, engineers, distributors, OEM customers, procurement teams, and other professional users. You may use the site to review products and capabilities and to submit genuine business inquiries. You must not misuse forms, upload malicious files, interfere with website operation, scrape protected information, or attempt unauthorized access.
Website Information Is Not a Binding Offer
Product descriptions, images, technical ranges, lead-time references, availability statements, and other website content are general information. They are not a binding quotation, warranty, or acceptance of an order. A transaction is formed only through a written quotation, purchase order acceptance, sales contract, pro forma invoice, or other document accepted by authorized representatives of both parties.
Specifications, Drawings, and Buyer Responsibilities
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate application conditions, dimensions, drawings, materials, refrigerant information, pressure and temperature requirements, standards, quantities, packaging, destination, and testing requirements. Domi may request clarification before quotation or production. The buyer must review and approve drawings, samples, specifications, and changes where approval is required.
Pricing, Samples, Lead Time, and Delivery
Prices, currencies, minimum quantities, tooling, samples, payment terms, taxes, freight, Incoterms, delivery dates, packaging, and inspection requirements are governed by the applicable written quotation or contract. Lead times are estimates until confirmed and may depend on drawing approval, material availability, payment, tooling, test requirements, production scheduling, and logistics.
Intellectual Property and Uploaded Materials
The website, brand assets, original text, images, and technical materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially reuse them without permission. By uploading a file, you confirm that you have authority to provide it for the requested review. Ownership and permitted use of buyer drawings, custom tooling, designs, and project results must be addressed in the applicable contract or written agreement.
Confidentiality
We handle project information for the requested business purpose, but website submission alone does not create a special confidentiality or exclusivity obligation. Where a project requires specific confidentiality, data handling, ownership, or non-use obligations, the parties should sign an appropriate written agreement before disclosing sensitive information.
